Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative (NOEC), is proud of its Oklahoma roots. We know our members share this same pride. A great way to communicate that pride is through photography. Photo entries will be judged by NOEC employees based on creativity, composition, and depiction of theme. The winning photos will be published in future Northeast Connections, on our website, social media, and could be used for other print or digital media. One winner in each category will be awarded a $50 electric credit. One runner-up in each category will be awarded a $25 electric credit.
